Pyjama Class

What: An evening movement class to help release and unwind. We'll focus on movements to open and stretch after what may have been a long day in front of the computer, movements to calm the nervous system, self-massage techniques, and some supported passive stretches.

When: A series of 4 Wednesdays from 9:30 - 10:00 pm, from May 13 - June 3

What you will need: A selection of pillows for the supported passive stretches. A blanket if you’d like one. Starting on May 20, we will use a pair of massage balls for release work. I would recommend something like the Franklin orange balls, or similar, approximately 4 inches in diameter, and relatively soft. If people are interested, I can put in a bulk order of massage balls.

Cost: This will be a “pay-what-you-can” class, with a recommended $40 for the series of 4 classes. Payment by Venmo is preferred.
